A Prosperity Bootcamp (or "Recovery Bootcamp" or "Meeting Marathon") refers to a positive energetic 12 Step group experience. Prosperity Bootcamps are held as events throughout the country and soon across the world, where prosperous Qualified Sponsors host small gatherings of new FUA members and escort them to a series of extremely powerful Recovery Meetings over the course of several days, usually over a long weekend. We have successfully offered several Recovery Bootcamps in Manhattan, New York City and in Santa Monica, California. During the Bootcamp, new members are given personal attention to help them establish their recovery in Financial UA. Attention is also given to helping the newcomer build a positive recovery network within a major metropolitan city--teaching them how to navigate the city and how to find the best quality 12 Step Meetings and Fellowships and connect with the local members. This is a type of survival skill training, within a real world environment, for people who have made a commitment to work and live the 12 Steps of Recovery.

As a small group we go to several 12 Step meetings a day together across a wide variety of different Fellowships, having meals together, attending an entertainment venue together, traveling together, fellowshipping together; building positive relationships together and discussing recovery goals, actions and visions together within our small group.
The goal is to SUPERCHARGE your Recovery and to help you connect more closely with Higher Power and Earning Power within an extremely supportive environment. You may also choose to work on specific Goals or Visions or Step-work. Many people attend a Bootcamp to build relationships with potential Qualified Sponsors. Nearly all of our Bootcamp graduates are now working with Qualified Sponsors and are training to become Qualified Sponsor themselves.
Meeting Marathons are offered by various Twelve Step programs, especially around Holidays. Marathons include a series of back to back meetings usually held over a 12 hour or 24 hour period and are available to help vulnerable members experience structure and positive support during times when they may otherwise fall prey to their addiction. For example, Alcoholics usually attend Meeting Marathons during the New Years Eve or Fourth of July Holidays because of the excessive amount of drinking that takes place and how casually and socially accepted that type of drinking is considered by society during those Holidays. Similarly, Compulsive Overeaters may attend a Meeting Marathon during the Thanksgiving, Halloween or Christmas Holiday due to the excessive consumption of food that normally takes place during those times.
During a Recovery or Prosperity Bootcamp, we teach FUA members how to find support by attending a series of back to back meetings (effectively doing a Meeting Marathon) that not only strengthens their recovery but also helps them accelerate profound breakthroughs, which then serves as a catalyst for more frequent Spiritual Experiences to happen.
Participating in a Field Trip refers to partnering up with one's Qualified Sponsor and going to visit a meeting, either virtually or in person, typically in a 12 Step Fellowship other than Financial UA. Often, a Qualified Sponsor will help their Sponsee to gain experience in recovery by taking them to a meeting in another fellowship. This helps the Sponsee discover and experience the benefits of doing recovery work that is supplemental to their recovery in Financial UA. If a financial underearner is experiencing problems with alcohol, his or her Qualified Sponsor may accompany them on a Field Trip to an A.A. meeting to help them get acquainted and more comfortable with this additional fellowship. Financial UA members frequently come to FUA by way of other programs. In FUA we strongly support each member as they work their recovery process in a holistic way, learning how to practice the principles in ALL areas of their lives. Going on a Field Trip is extremely common when an FUA member begins working Step Six, Seven, Eight and Nine with their Qualified Sponsor. A Qualified Sponsor may also invite a member to go on a field trip at any point throughout the 12 Step process.
